• The All available inspections page contains a list of all created inspections available to the user.

    Includes completed, incomplete and uncompleted inspections.

    The availability of inspections depends on the role:

    • The ClientInspection organizer and Agent roles have access only to inspections created or executed by the current user.

    • The Inspection operatorExpertApproving person and Group administrator roles have access to all inspections available to the visibility group that the current user is included in.

    • The Administrator role is available for all inspections by Company available to the administrator.

    Using the available filters and searches, you can perform the following actions with the selected inspections:

    Scope (by Access group)

    Available actions (with one or more allocated inspections):

    • Export to Excel – export the list of selected inspections as an Excel file for further offline analysis

    • Share – providing access to selected inspections for other users to view and / or perform

    • Revoke (access) – deleting access to the selected inspections for viewing and / or execution by other users
