- Could you please tell us how your system works in areas where there is no internet? There are still many such places, unfortunately.

- The ability to carry out remote digital inspections when the internet connection is unstable or there is no internet at all is our big competitive advantage. How does it work? The user needs to download the app where the internet is available, access the required inspection scenarios and then travel to the inspection site. After the shooting, when the internet connection returns, all inspection results will be sent to the server and will be available for processing by an expert.

A vivid example of how our digital inspections work in the absence of internet is our cooperation with different leasing companies, which conduct inspections of special equipment in hard-to-reach places where internet is not available or unstable.

- And how will geo-coordinates be geo-referenced, how are geo-points set, because they should be fixed at the moment of being on the ground?

- It happens in parallel: geo-points and coordinates are fixed using the phone's GPS module, and our application collects and records them - you don't need internet for this. It requires connection with navigation satellites, and it is available everywhere.

- And if there is no internet, will there be prompts for the user how, fr om what angle and what to shoot?

- All the functionality is fully available, and the data will be transmitted to the server when the internet is available. By the way, this is a big advantage of the mobile application over browser links - because if there is no internet, the browser will not open and the inspection will not be possible.

- And how does an inspector receive an inspection task? How does he register and get access? Does he have to receive an invitation fr om the administrator or can he download the application himself?

- There are different scenarios depending on the company model and its tasks. Basically the process is as follows: the user downloads the application, registers, gets access from the company to certain inspection scenarios via sms message. Inspections can be shared, assigned - depending on the role model of users wh ere access rights are distributed. This role structure is very flexible and takes into account all the nuances of business processes in the company.

- What kind of fraudulent attacks are you able to reflect?

- VIEWAPP is equipped with many anti-fraud defence and prevention tools. For example, we analyse wh ere photos are located in relation to the map, cadastral plot. We capture the user's track when inspecting with reference to the cadastre and recognise anomalies if there are fraud attempts. All this is visualised for easy expert work.

Fraudsters are very inventive and are always coming up with new ways to cheat. It often happens that they try to substitute the objects of inspection, i.e. they take pictures of a different object in a different place, but our system recognises such tricks, even if special means are used.

There are often situations when users assume that they will not be able to substitute coordinates, but still make attempts to cheat: they arrive at the inspection site and start taking pictures of the screen of another device - the VIEWAPP security system uses AI detectors to detect such tricks.
