Fintech Forward 2023 (FF23) in Bahrain, held from 10 to 12 October 2023, was a rich and significant event in the financial technology and financial services industry.

The event was organised under the patronage of the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) in conjunction with the Bahrain Economic Development Board (Bahrain EDB) and supported by Bahrain Fintech Bay (BFB). It attracted leading industry experts to discuss key aspects of financial innovation.

The main themes of FF23 included:

- Regulation,

- investment,

- innovation.

The main goal of the event was to promote Bahrain as a destination for the fintech sector and encourage foreign investment. This was achieved through effective discussions, sessions and showcasing the benefits for international companies considering starting a business in Bahrain, which is experiencing impressive economic growth.

VIEWAPP Founder Alexander Fokin participated in the event as moderator of a panel session entitled "Customer-Centric Insurance: Redefining the Policyholder Experience". This session focused on the changes in the insurance industry with an emphasis on the needs and experiences of policyholders. Experts discussed the use of technology, personalisation and feedback to redefine and improve the entire process of interacting with policyholders.
